Our Organization
This year, we're designing a logo in a day for Portland in Color, a local organization working to disrupt the homogeneity of representation in Portland arts and media by highlighting the voices and experiences of people of color. In alignment with Portland in Color’s mission to support paid work for artists and creatives of color, we’ll be offering an honorarium for our DET winners.

As a volunteer-based organization, we also believe in promoting pro-bono work within the design industry to encourage creative professionals who benefit from privilege to contribute and directly support underrepresented communities.
